The Mosh Pit Mondays FAQs specifically has a line stating: "Imagine a giant house party where everyone gets to invite all of their friends but it’s not at your house, or mine." Except, that's exactly what we did Saturday night.

More than 30 moshers turned up to the Summer Soirée and my living room floor didn't cave in. Success. I had to leave my own party for 20 minutes to go buy ice and other cocktail necessities. Soirée not sorry. We sang happy half-birthday to Mosh Pit Mondays, popped a bottle of champagne, and cut the most heavenly chocolate ganache cake. Success. We Mix 'n Moshed until the blackboard was a massive, metallic network diagram revealing that we we were no longer strangers, but intimately and intricately connected. Success. If I do the math correctly, I think that means we left the party with more friends than when we entered. I think that also means it's time to start planning for Fall Fling.
