Happy Frogest

It's like August, but with an amphibious twist. R E C A P An army of moshers showed up at 6:30a last Wednesday for an uphill battle with the November Project. Most weeks, it ain't about how fast we get there, although, it's certainly about what's waiting on the other side (read: fully loaded bagels & coffee). Last week, however, it was PR (personal record) day, and it was all about how many sections you could tackle in 40 minutes. Every step we took, every move we made, we made with sweaty brows and wobbly legs. And somehow we got through it with our heads held high. As Miley would say, it's the climb.

Photo cred to Johnson, a November Project regular, who I later ran into in Providence over the weekend and is the newest member of the mosh fam! U P N E X T So pumped for Porchfest THIS Friday! Come make yourself at home on Oxford Street for some recitative and aria. If we get a noise violation, consider that the dramatic element of this theatrical performance. When: Friday, August 6 from 7-9p ET What: Porchfest - Opera Edition Location: 107 Oxford Street, Cambridge, MA (my porch!) Note: Our friend, Luisamaria Hernandez, will perform and lead us in a 45-min interactive and informative opera experience. BYO drinks, chair, and food to share. $10 suggested donation to support our local artist!
