I would argue there's nada as delicious as a tray of sweet potato enchiladas. Others opted for a chicken filling, while still others opted for an alternative cuisine altogether with shrimp dirty rice. There's something special about getting to watch friends prepare their Monday evening meal from the comfort of their own kitchens. I'm not sure this is something I could have ever gotten to experience collectively prior to a life with Zoom and my biggest takeaway remains the simple beauty of a shared meal.
